This policy outlines the delivery process for the digital services provided by Anvil Career, a unit of Alfa Consultancy Services.
1. Delivery Method
Anvil Career provides a purely digital service. Your assessment output is a digital PDF report. No physical products will be shipped or mailed to you.
2. Delivery Timeframe (SLA)
Upon successful payment and submission of your required data (resume, GitHub links, etc.), our automated systems and human experts begin processing your assessment.
We promise a delivery timeframe of within 24 hours from the time of successful submission. The final PDF report will be delivered directly to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
3. Delays
If you do not receive your report within the 24-hour timeframe, please check your spam or junk folders. If it is not there, please contact us at hello@anvilcareer.com for assistance.
